People come to us and tell us they want a warm welcoming home. We walk through the house and take mental notes. I tell people that I can see in 3D. We immediately see the potential for all houses. We consider every piece of architecture to be beautiful whether from the ’40s or today’s styles. We let the home’s décor play off its architectural fixtures whether in line, style, or color. Some of our most interesting projects have been homes from the ’50s. Older homes have souls and warmth. Working with the soul of the house is easy to do. Just follow the feeling. Grand scale and cozy comfort are equal priorities in the planning process to set a classic and welcoming warm tone of easy elegance. Adding subtle points to the cleanest of schemes could be the beginning of the custom look we all desire.
