Each year the trends change direction for what is important to clients when updating their homes. So far in 2024 our calls have been requests for remodeling bathrooms and kitchens. Since we are a turnkey design firm, we design the space, select the finishes, (with approval from client), and implement the build. We have our contractor’s license, so we can hire the subs and project manage the build. Sometimes we partner with other contractors and subs to implement large projects. We start our conversations with the couple and ask many questions. We find out what colors are important, as well as their functionality by asking relative questions. We then select the tile, countertop, lighting, cabinets, hardware, and other finishes. Once we lay it all out in an AutoCAD drawing of the room for the client and their needs, we then meet with them to show a presentation of work to be done. We typically provide a rendering and elevations as well, which is all part of the presentation. These particulars are so important for our clients to understand their remodel. We believe using our design tools to the fullest will allow our clients to visualize the new concepts we are proposing. We care about their project’s outcome and to the total satisfaction of our clients. Remodeling is rewarding to be able to come home to a newly designed and useable room.
