We are a company where creativity and collaboration intersect. At our Design Center in Clemmons, we have a resource library of home furnishings and construction. Bathroom and kitchen remodels are high on our list of turnkey projects now. We love to turn a house into a pleasurable, comfortable, and peaceful place to come home to. Sound like something you would like. We start with a plan. We take measurements, photos and produce a collaborative plan with CAD designs and renderings to show our clients. With the designs, we show the client the furniture, fabric, and rugs as a new plan of action. If there are memorable items that a client loves from the past, I love to incorporate those. My own home has memories that I would not trade for anything. My Mom’s curved glass China cabinet that came from her mom, my grandmother. We had to squeeze it in the hallway between the dining and the kitchen, but it works. It does seem to be a place that lands decorative mementos that we cannot find a permanent place for. My dining room has an antique hickory table, antique light fixture and a painted China hutch from France. I love the mix. Juxtaposing is fun and makes a home interesting. Mixing the modern art with an antique mirror also gives interest to the space. Be thinking about Creativity and Collaboration. Happy New Year!
