Are you rethinking your home and what to do next? If you are, you are like the rest of us including me. I constantly walk my house looking for ways to update what I have. As seasons change, I am looking for ways to refresh our client’s homes and my own. I just can’t help myself. Starting with clients, we ask questions, take notes, measure, take lots of photos and then we begin the creative process. With having our contractor’s license, we can do it all. Remodel a bathroom, redo a bedroom, or whatever the client requests. One of the current projects we are working on involves multiple layers in the first go round. Remodel the kitchen, replace lighting in breakfast room and upper hallway, paint the first level of the home, cover dining chairs, make new curtains for family room and kitchen. We started with the design of the kitchen on CAD, provided construction drawings for our subs and managed the work being done. The outcome is projected with a rendering so the client can see in advance what it will look like. We also provided samples to see. Rethinking design can be a fun process, especially with a design firm.
