Whenever a client comes to us to help update their home, we are always happy to help. Last year, we helped a client to bring her dining room up to date. She recently came to us to bring her family room and piano room out of the 80s. First, the mustard color walls were painted over with a soft cream color. The client loved the comfort of her Bergere chair and ottoman, but they needed an update. We switched out the dated fabric for a textured charcoal gray and changed the dark wood frame to a distressed cream color. We had a custom-sized settee made in the same fabric and added pop of color with the pillows. The long, geometric print draperies add a touch of elegance. A cream shag rug, silver lamps, and a few fabulous accessories complete the look.
