Elegant Simplicity is how my client described her new master bathroom design. We started with a drawing, samples of tile, accent tile and granite was presented with a drawing of how the new shower would look. A fiberglass tub was being replaced and turned into a walk in shower. There was a wall as you walk into the bathroom that could be extended toward the door to gain more room as well. We added a niche for shampoo and a built in seat covered with tile. Wickham Gray by Benjamin Moore was the color to coordinate with the accent tile on the walls and White Dove was the paint color of choice for the custom made cabinetry.
Oval mirrors, new faucets, a water-saving commode handicap height was added. A new bathroom would not be complete without decorative hardware and lighting. We added a can light over the shower and a new sonic motor vent. We focused on wattage when looking for the over mirror light fixtures. There are two lights that have the ability of 300 watts each.
