We love making beautiful spaces.  There are times we wonder why a client has us out, because what they have is already beautiful.  However, the opportunity and challenge is very rewarding to us when we can take something beautiful and make it even more desirable to the client.    For this particular client, she wanted more color, new furniture, and some updated art.     We rearranged the furniture to include a new sofa, chairs, ottoman, and rug.  We moved her breakfront china cabinet (also beautiful beyond words) from the living room to the family room.  The family room was so large it needed a grand piece to ground it.  The view was already breathtaking when you walked through the front door as you looked directly outside to the pool area.    We changed out the old sofa with a new coral-colored sofa.  The new rug also has coral diamond dots in it and we accented the neutral chairs with more coral and taupe pillows that are much brighter.  We then changed out the sconces over the fireplace and added a large impressionist abstract to pick up the color in the room.  We also painted the walls Sea Salt by Sherwin Williams throughout the first floor which is open.  The kitchen was painted Bennington Gray by Benjamin Moore to accent the stone tops and creamy cabinets, which was a perfect color for a large kitchen and den/TV room.  We kept the dining room, which was open to the entire space, the Sea Salt upper half with shiplap faux finish below the chair rail.    I can’t think of a more beautiful space than this home where we helped the client achieve her dream space.  The home now has a fresh appeal.
