Upholstered headboards now come in all shapes and sizes, and are more popular than ever. For this recently updated client’s bedroom, we chose a simple yet elegantly shaped headboard covered in a cream linen fabric. The matelasse coverlet balances the silky coral duvet cover. Gorgeous floral print shams combine all the colors of coral, green, and cream. We added new draperies with cream hardware and a green trim to tie into the green pillows on the bed. A custom-made storage ottoman sits at the end of the bed for hiding extra bed linens. We also added a new ceiling fan, and a comfy coral chair in the corner. How will you create your bedroom retreat?
