During April, many homeowners seek our firm because they know their home needs a tune up. Bathroom remodels normally take two to three months and kitchen remodels can take three to four months including the planning process. When remodeling a kitchen or a bathroom, planning starts with a CAD drawing and layout. It is important to get the flow correct. The next step for the kitchen is to select the appliances. We normally present a portfolio to the clients or take them to local appliance stores.

LED lighting has improved to a point where we recommend replacing old recessed and under counter lighting with newer LEDs.
