Thinking ahead for Spring is just moments away. Planning is essential if remodeling or changes are in the cards. Working with a professional is a suggestion we make whether it is us or someone else. It will save you hours of anguish and indecision. First, you need to put your trust in the choice you have made. A professional team is important. Selections are intimidating to some, but we suggest you find a starting point and move forward with one decision at a time. Create yourself a mood board of your vision and start the process of finding either a turnkey design-build team or a designer you trust. Getting on someone’s calendar this early will help the process move faster this summer. We met with one of our clients last week and measured the dining room, living room, sunroom, and master bathroom. Those are the rooms they would like to accomplish to remodel and update this year. Our design team meets to discuss upcoming projects which gives our clients a good talent team. We ask our clients questions relative to their projects. We take photos to help us when we are planning. Before and after photos are great. If you are going to attempt to do your own design and implementation, keep a good record book of your selections, costs, and decisions.
