Each year we fashion a home to enter into the Winston-Salem Parade of Homes. This residence is packed with our complete creativity. We started with the floor plans and made changes and suggestions for the builder to send back to the architect. They were redrawn and off we went selecting the brick, mortar, roofing, and colors for the exterior so that that builder could get started with framing the home.

We knew that we had six months to determine our direction. After listening and taking surveys from our clients in “What Women Want”, we finalized the look. This year the photos spoke volumes. The home was the most talked about in town. Leigh Ann, our on-staff artist hand-painted a geometric design in the dining room. We matched the colors from the creative faux to the silk taffeta draperies, also designed by June DeLugas Interiors.

We concluded by bringing fresh elegance and intriguing scale to a grandly proportioned space. “Sheer beauty!” was a comment that we overheard from someone touring the home.
