Remodeling your kitchen and or bath seems like a reasonable thing to do these days. There is currently a shortage of houses for sale. It makes sense to update what you have and enjoy your home. When the time is right to sell, your home will be up to date, easier to sell, and probably more profitable.
Hiring a professional will make you feel more secure with your decisions when the planning, colors, cabinets, finishes, lighting, and special considerations are finished. That is why we offer turn-key designing and remodeling. The services an interior designer provides are a luxury and should be an enjoyable process. You should feel very comfortable with your designer so you can communicate effectively. Easing the process of remodeling with a designer is the first step to loving what the result is. Turnkey is more than just remodeling, we can also replace all your lighting, paint your home, carpet a room or two, provide window treatments, and purchase new furnishings.
Typically, during the first client meeting, we will visit your home, and discuss your needs, color and style preferences, and items you have that you would like to use in the current project. We photograph and measure the rooms involved in the project. After we leave your home, we return to our design center and pull samples and swatches of many colors, fabrics, and finishes, along with a professional CAD drawing. We often create room plans and renderings of window treatments and furniture necessary for your project. When all the elements have been selected, a second appointment is scheduled. During this appointment, you may visit our design center and we will present you with our design ideas and solicit your feedback. Hopefully, we have done our job well and you are ready to proceed. If you are not happy with something in the design plan, we will research additional options until you are happy. Upon completion of your project, you can expect to see a space that reflects your personality and style while embracing timeless quality and design.
Hope to see you soon. God Bless!
