It’s hard to believe fall is right around the corner during the heat of the summer, but we are always thinking ahead. The Parade of Homes in October requires months of planning. We started last year by suggesting some modifications to the plans before construction began. Last month, we finalized colors and materials for the exterior and carefully selected light fixtures for the entire house. After we’ve finished selecting granite and tile for the kitchen and bathrooms, we’ll move onto paint colors for the soon. We are currently selecting furnishings and accessories to finish off the house. This year’s Parade of Homes built by Don Hamrick is on Stratford Rd in Buena Vista.
