A few months ago, we began working with a couple who had recently moved to the area.  After going through our normal list of likes and dislikes, we presented a scaled CAD drawing and colored rendering of our proposal for four rooms.  We started with the master bedroom and family room since they had no furnishings for those two rooms.

The master bedroom needed a coat of paint and a new cream shag rug to brighten up the space.  Gray and white linens complete the upholstered bed, flanked by two nightstands by Hickory White.  We hung a frameless mirror above the dresser for a glamorous look.  A bench for the foot of the bed and a Lillian August wing chair are still to come.

For the living room, we replaced the dark green marble fireplace surround with a fresh mosaic pencil tile.  We removed built-in cabinets to make room for a custom-built entertainment console which will be arriving in the New Year.  The herringbone rug complements the cream sofa/loveseat set accented with navy blue pillows.

The clients are thrilled with their new furnishings that came just in time for the holidays.  Check back for more photos after the final pieces of the puzzle are in place!
