With Spring approaching quickly, we had several calls just this past week where clients asked to have their kitchens remodeled. They have been thinking about it for a long time and finally, they are ready to pull the plug to start. The same thing happened to me two years ago, when I took the plunge to remodel my own kitchen. Kitchens begin to look outdated typically in ten years. It could be the countertops of the ‘nineties that immediately jump out at you or the color of the cabinets that make them outdated. The styles of doors and finishes have changed as well. Kitchen design changes styles more quickly than some other classic pieces that you might have in your home. But there are ways to keep your kitchen a classic style for longevity. Simple style and honestly white never goes out. Magazines and social media show you painted cabinets, mixed painted cabinets, and now stain is coming back in smaller doses and typically mixed as well with white or a lighter color. Countertops are a mix as well. Quartz is extremely popular, quartzite, and some folks like granite. We strive to make it as easy as possible for the homeowner. As turnkey designers and remodelers, we design, select, and implement the total remodel. Selecting finishes and coordinating the mix is what we do well to complete projects. Springtime is my favorite time of year and starting your next remodel would be our pleasure.
