Bedding and fine linens are much more important than most of us think it is. Master bedrooms and guest rooms deserve the nicest bedding you can afford for yourself and your guests. This is why we work with great lines of luxury linens so that our clients will have the availability and choices when they want to allow us to enhance bedrooms with beautiful bedding. For myself, I finally finished my bedroom this year and it is so peaceful and restful. Next year, I plan to create a new décor for my guest room. A new kitchen, a remodeled bathroom, or a completely redesigned and redecorated master bedroom? Planning for the master bedroom is similar to our planning for the living room and other rooms. We start with a strategy. First comes the layout of the room, lighting analysis, extra comfortable chairs, throws, pillows, and sheets. The coverlet dictates what should coordinate with the ensemble. The two oversized deluxe shams should be made from velvet or linen. Next comes the three Euro pillows. That makes two layers of pillows, but there is more, two queen or king print pillow shams! You can stop there or add another decorative pillow. Doesn’t that sound luxurious? You can eliminate one set of pillows, if it is a bit too much for you.
