With nearly 3,000 visitors over two weekends, I will say this year’s Parade of Homes was well worth the effort!  The home builder, Don Hamrick, took home the Platinum award, scoring 499 out of 500 points.  With the combined talents of several professionals, the home came together beautifully, and the homeowners couldn’t be happier.  The home, named the Iron Horse, boasts many remarkable features, including a freestanding foyer wall, spectacular cathedral ceilings, exclusive light fixtures, built-in dog food bowls, and even an elevator.  A beautiful, hand-crafted mahogany door greets you upon entering; beyond the foyer lays the spacious living room which opens to the kitchen.  Bedrooms and bathrooms are situated on either side of the living room, with additional bedrooms and a wine tasting room in the basement.

This home is truly one-of-a-kind and I have been blessed to have been a part of this amazing project since the beginning stages.  Enjoy the following photos from the Parade, and look for a full set of professional photos coming soon.
