Tuesday’s Tip – Pretty In Pink

During the months of March, April and May, we had four customers who were having their third child. The photos here show the “before” from a boy’s room and the “after” for one of our customer’s first girl’s room, which they wanted to be very special. We chose Odessa Pink from Benjamin Moore for the walls and the curtains are cream with a pink banding. Because the room needed sheltering from the sun, we made the curtains to draw so the light could be controlled, as well as from the heat of the sun. The baby’s bedding was all champagne from the “Bella Notte” collection we sell. All of the fabrics are organic cottons which are vat dyed together. Her husband was so kind to paint the existing crib Floral White by Benjamin Moore, which matched the champagne colors of the crib and window treatment. Our customers love the colors we put together and this one is truly precious and luscious.

We are not through hanging artwork because baby Anna came early, but we have big plans for this little sweetheart.
