I saw this phrase a long time ago, “Wake Up Beautifully”, and it stuck in my head. The reason it did was that I love premier bedding. It took me many years to realize that a master bedroom, and at least one guest room, should have comfortable soft sheeting and the beds should always appear inviting. Jump into bed to feel cozy, comfortable, and rested. That is why we can offer luxury linens to clients. We generally start with the basics, either white or off-white, and build the bed fabrics from neutrals. The bed itself may be part wood with a padded headboard or all fabric padded. Then the research begins to find the perfect shams and duvets. Artwork over the bed and great lamps for lighting is a must. There are so many additional ways to finish a bedroom. Rugs add so much to ground your space, mirrors, and a comfortable chair or two, as well. My master bedroom is a great recluse for me to turn the lights down low, curl up in my chair with my Bella Blanket, and watch a movie. That is my downtime. I also use my very comfortable club chair in the mornings to drink my coffee before I exercise on my treadmill. Not so pretty in my bedroom, but convenient. I hide the treadmill behind two other chairs. My bedroom is on the large side. But no matter the size, building your colors for a master or guest bedroom is quite easy with a little help from a professional. Treat yourself to a great resting place and “Wake Up Beautifully”.
